All products sold by Sanclar Dominicana are handmade, artisanal items. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:
- Minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish are normal and expected
- Such variations are not considered defects
Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from product images shown online.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item was purchased directly from sanclardominicana.com
- The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition
- The item is returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
